昨天收到ECM的二審意見了，繼續(xù)修改 哎 奔潰啊 各位大神，請問我這個還有必要改不？心都灰了。。。 一審意見： Thank you for sending the manuscript/revised manuscript, "***" to Energy Conversion and Management for publication. I apologize for the lengthy period of review. The review is now complete, and unfortunately, it is not completely favorable. Therefore, the paper cannot be published in Energy Conversion and Management as it is presented.
