Position: Equity Research Associate Responsibility: • Collecting financial data using on-line and other sources and coordinating and maintaining databases; • Listening to and summarizing investment conference calls; • Conduct financial modeling and valuation of stocks for different markets, including A-share, H-share, TW, etc. • Conduct industry research and company research • Initiate research report on stocks, including growth prospects and competitive positions of the target companies. • Follow the earning calendar of the companies and update the financial models and reports Requirement: • With major of accounting, finance or investment analysis related • Good understanding of financial accounting and analysis • Good financial modeling skills and valuation skills • Solid accounting and finance knowledge, familiarity with stock market is a plus • Good English skills • Relevant equity research experience would be an advantage If you are interested, please send your Chinese and English resume to recruitmentchina@evalueserve.com with a subject ‘Name+Major+University+Position’. |

Position: Healthcare Industry Analyst Job Description 1. Work with research analyst and others in preparing proposals for clients as well as attending briefing meetings as necessary 2. Undertake in depth qualitative interviews and successfully conduct focus groups when requested to do so 3. Work directly with the healthcare team in India to design EVS China portions of healthcare proposals and EVS China company development strategy for healthcare research 4. Support Evalueserve China across the LOBs in overseeing proposals, projects, and report writing 5. Actively involved in HealthCare research projects, especially proposal design, analysis, writing report with ad-value insights and make presentation 6.
