| The chlorine content on the fresh catalyst is about 2.3 wt‰, which is from the raw materials for preparation of catalyst just like Fe. Normally, the chlorine amount decreases with the reaction time in the reductive hydrogen atmosphere when no chlorine species exist in the reagent oils. Figure 1 shows that the chlorine amount of catalyst using Karamay reagent oils decreases with the reaction time, which means that no chlorine exists in the reagent oils or the amount of chlorine is negligible. However, the chlorine amount of catalyst using Daqing reagent oils increases with the reaction time as shown in Figure 2, which implies that Daqing oils contain a certain amount of chlorine species. Fortunately, all the chlorine species can be removed almost completely by air treating process as shown in Figure 1 (500hAre) and Figure 2 (8KhAre). |
