本文以尾礦堆存為背景,在前期實驗基礎(chǔ)上選定了一組較優(yōu)方案制備固化劑,研究該固化劑對鐵尾礦的處理效果。研究結(jié)果表明:對濃度為55%的尾礦漿體,當固化劑摻量在5-6%時,固化體7d強度最高可達0.49 MPa,且遇水不泥化,尾礦固化體具有較高的抗剪強度,滲透系數(shù)小于10-4cm/s,達到安全堆存的要求;而當固化劑摻量在10-14%時,固化體具有較高前期和后期強度,7d最高可達1.8 MPa,28d強度為2.9 MPa,可以滿足筑壩要求。并通過對原尾礦與尾礦固化體進行XRD、SEM表征探究鐵尾礦的固化機理。 關(guān)鍵詞:鐵尾礦;固化劑;固化干堆 |

Focused on tailings deposition, we selected a set of quasi-optimal solution on the basis of previous experiment to prepare curing agents to study the effect of curing agents on iron tailings treatment. The results showed that the 7d cured body's strength of the 55% concentration tailing slurry of 5-6% curing agent content is up to 0.49 MPa and not argillization when it encounters water . The cured body's higher shear strength, with a permeability coefficient less than 10-4cm / s, reached the safety requirements of stockpiling .The cured body of 10-14% curing agent content is of high early and later stage strength and 7d curing date strength is up to 1.8 MPa , 28d 2.9 MPa, which meet the requirements of the dam construction. The curing mechanism of iron ore tailings are also investigated through XRD and SEM characterization of the original tailings and tailing solidification forms.
