Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of hierarchical architectures of

| We present a general hydrothermal method without any organic solvent or surfactant for the synthesisof YBO3:Eu3+nano- and micro-structures. The samples were of excellent quality with uniform, welldispersed, self-assembled and self-purified YBO3:Eu3+. Single crystal nanoflakes gathered together toevolve into a hierarchical architecture with eight different types of three dimensional morphologies.Strong photoluminescence spectra were obtained at 592, 611 and 627 nm at excitations wavelengths 254and 363 nm. The emission spectra are associated with the transitions from the excited5D0level to the7FJ(J ¼ 1, 2, 3, 4) levels of Eu3+activators. YBO3:Eu3+prepared using ethanol solvent exhibited thehighest chromaticity values yet reported. |

分層體系結(jié)構(gòu)的合成和光致發(fā)光特性 我們提出一種通用的水熱法，不使用任何有機(jī)溶劑或表面活性劑，合成YBO3:Eu3+納米和微米結(jié)構(gòu)。樣品是一種具有質(zhì)量均勻、分散良好、自組裝和自凈化特性的YBO3:Eu3+。，單晶納米片集聚一起逐步發(fā)展成一種具有八個(gè)不同類型三維形貌的分層體系結(jié)構(gòu)。以254和363 nm激發(fā)波長，于592、611和627 nm處得到強(qiáng)光致發(fā)光光譜。這種發(fā)射光譜與Eu3+活性度由激發(fā)的5D0水平向7FJ（J & frac 14; 1, 2, 3, 4)水平的過渡有聯(lián)系。還有過使用乙醇溶劑制備YBO3:Eu3+時(shí)出現(xiàn)色值最高的報(bào)導(dǎo)。 |
