The authors do not appear to have calculated the random error of the calibration curve and propagated that with the error in the blank and the error in the measurement of single samples. This involves linear regression on the calibration curve, and from that calculation of the standard deviation of the slope and intercept. This can then be propagated by quadratic addition of these errors with the standard deviation of the blank and individual measurements. Indeed, the errors given are small enough for me to know that they did not do this. Before sophisticated statistical techniques can be employed the basic error in the measurement must be known, and that includes the error of calibration. 是需要增加測(cè)定時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線就行了嗎？一直沒鬧明白，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)不好害人呀，編輯讓小修。。。 |
