1.基因表達(dá)和化學(xué)成分：采用RT-PCR技術(shù)對(duì)煙葉的相關(guān)基因進(jìn)行了表達(dá)分析，葉綠素的合成基因的表達(dá)情況在兩地區(qū)的差別不大，而江西的葉綠素降解基因的表達(dá)要強(qiáng)于河南。類胡蘿卜素的合成基因在總體上要強(qiáng)于河南。葉綠素a和葉綠素b的含量在各個(gè)時(shí)期的含量均表現(xiàn)為河南>江西。兩地區(qū)的紫黃質(zhì)在各時(shí)期的含量差別不大，而新黃質(zhì)、葉黃素和β-胡蘿卜素在兩地區(qū)的含量均表現(xiàn)為河南>江西。此外，調(diào)制后，江西的總糖和還原糖的含量多于河南，而生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中兩地區(qū)的這兩種物質(zhì)的差別不大。在發(fā)育過(guò)程中，淀粉的含量為長(zhǎng)橋多于河南，而調(diào)制后，江西的含量較少。 2.中性致香物質(zhì)和評(píng)吸結(jié)果：江西的烤后煙葉的中性致香物質(zhì)總量高于河南。河南的類西柏烷類降解產(chǎn)物、苯丙氨酸類降解產(chǎn)物和類胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物的含量均高于江西的，而江西的棕色化反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的含量高于河南的。江西的新植二烯含量明顯高于河南的。河南產(chǎn)區(qū)的煙葉評(píng)吸結(jié)果較好，總分為27.8，但是河南的香氣質(zhì)不如江西的。 |

1 Gene expression and chemical composition:Tobacco gene expressions were analysed by the use of RT-PCR which showed that there was little difference of the chlorophyll synthetic gene expression between the two regions of Jiangxi and Henan , while chlorophyll degradation gene expression of Jiangxi region was stronger than that of Henan , and ,the carotenoid synthesis gene expression of Jiangxi region in general stronger than Henan. Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of Henan tobacco in any of each period was more than that of Jiangxi, little violaxthin difference ,and higher new zeaxanthin, lutein and β-carotene content of Henan than that of Jiangxi. In addition, after modulation, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of Jiangxi tobacco was more and very little difference during growth . During the process of development, more starch content of Longbridge than of Henan, and ,after modulation, Jiangxi was less. 2 Neutral aroma and smoking assessment results: Total fragrant substance of roasted Jiangxi tobacco was higher than Henan tobacco, while cembrane degradation product, phenylalanine degradation and carotenoid degradation products of Henan tobacco were higher than that of Jiangxi, and ,browning reaction products,Jiangxi tobacco were higher . Neophytadiene content of Jiangxi tobacco was significantly higher . Results of tobacco smoking assessment of Henan product was better ,with a total score of 27.8, and lower aroma . |
