中山大學(xué)中山眼科中心眼腫瘤課題組技術(shù)員招聘啟事

課題組簡介： 1、研究領(lǐng)域：腫瘤生物學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué) 2、主要研究：通過分析腫瘤組織等臨床標(biāo)本的基因組及表觀遺傳信息，了解其發(fā)病機(jī)制，為分子靶向治療探索可能的信號通路及作用靶點(diǎn)。 3、技術(shù)平臺：高通量測序技術(shù)測定腫瘤組織中全基因組DNA表達(dá)水平及甲基化變化；生物信息學(xué)、生化及分子生物學(xué)等學(xué)科技術(shù)分析信號通路、測定靶點(diǎn)表達(dá)水平。 條件及要求： 1、眼科學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)位，熟悉細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、動物實(shí)驗等技術(shù)者優(yōu)先。 2、有志從事科研工作，思維活躍，具有創(chuàng)新和合作精神。 3、具有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究經(jīng)歷，并能用英語熟練交流。 待遇及聘后管理： 根據(jù)薪酬管理相關(guān)規(guī)定，確定受聘人員的薪酬待遇，合同期內(nèi)依法為受聘人員辦理社會保險（含養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、失業(yè)、工傷、生育五險種）。 申請材料及聯(lián)系方式： 如果對職位感興趣，請將英文版詳細(xì)簡歷（包括學(xué)歷、工作或科研經(jīng)歷等）通過電子郵件發(fā)至Jong Kim教授 (zoc2013@yahoo.com)。 Introduction to the research group： The ocular tumor research group at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou) has a technician position immediately available in the area of tumor biology and epigenetics. The major research focus of the group is directed towards genomic and epigenetic analyses of clinical tumor samples and other ocular disease biopsies with an aim to understand the ocular disease pathogenesis mechanisms and identify molecular targets or pathways for potential therapeutic development. Specifically, we will employ high-throughput sequencing technology for genome-wide profiling of DNA methylation and gene expression in clinical tumor samples (ex, retinoblastoma). Potential targets or pathways that are found to be deregulated in clinical samples will be evaluated by an array of biochemical and molecular biology approaches. The research spans over multidisciplinary fields ranging from cancer cell biology, epigenetics, bioinformatics to clinical translation in collaboration with various research units at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Qualifications： M.S. or higher degree in cell and molecular biology, biochemistry, or other relevant areas of biomedical sciences Highly self-motivated and solid hands-on research experience in aforementioned areas Good communication skills in English and the experience with clinical sample processing and animal studies is a plus Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and scientific achievements.
