| 光子晶體作為二十一世紀極受關注的新興光學理論、材料和器件研究方向,在短短幾十年的發(fā)展歷史中,光子晶體的理論研究打破了人們對光學現(xiàn)象和原理的傳統(tǒng)認識,開創(chuàng)了光學研究的一個全新的領域。本文主要研究了光子晶體的原理、制備和發(fā)展歷史,通過研究大量的文獻、實驗資料和數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)出光子晶體材料研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的特殊的光傳輸特性,在人工超常介質(zhì)的研究和發(fā)展,尤其是小型化、低能耗、可高度集成的新興集成光器件設計和大規(guī)模集成光路、光電混合集成發(fā)展中的重要作用,闡述了光子晶體在光信息中的巨大的應用前景。 |

| As the 21st century most concern emerging optical theory, materials and device research direction, in a short span of decades of development history, the study of theory of the photonic crystals broke the traditional understanding of the principle of optical phenomena and opened a new field of optical.In this paper, we study the photonic crystal principle, preparation and development of history, through research, experimental data and a large number of literature data, summed up the photonic crystal materials optical transmission characteristics, the study found that the special research and development in artificial metamaterials, especially emerging in miniaturization, low energy consumption, can be a highly integrated integrated optical device design and large scale integrated optical path, the important role of photoelectric hybrid integrated development, this paper expounds the photonic crystals in the optical information of great application prospect. 不一定準確 |

In this paper we mainly research the principle, preparation and development history of photonic crystal, summarize discoverable special light-transfer charcteristic in the material research of photonic crystal by researching abundant bibligraphies, experimental data and information, the important effect in the research and development of artificial metamaterial, especial miniaturization, low-energy, can be highly integrated newly-developing integration optical device design and mixture integrated development of large-scale integrated light path and photoelectricity, state the huge application prospect in light information about photonic crystal. |
