我是提問者的同學(xué)。 我想問一下，會(huì)議主席通過郵件發(fā)了，說被錄用了。具體如下 > Dear Author(s), > > The Program Committee of International Conference on Hybrid Learning 2014 (ICHL 2014) are pleased to inform you that your submission has been accepted to the ICHL 2014, which will be held at the Each China Normal University in Shanghai on 8 to 10 August 2014, and that your paper has been selected for inclusion in the Workshop Proceedings to be published by the East China Normal University and the City University of Hong Kong. > > Please note the conditions for your presentation at the ICHL 2014 and publication of your paper, as follows. > > 1. Prepare the camera-ready version of your paper. Although the Workshop Proceedings is not published by Springer. The Springer's LNCS format (see http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) should be adopted. For your easy reference, a format template (in zip file) will be sent to you via another e-mail. > > 2. You must address all the issues mentioned by reviewers in the camera-ready version of your paper. The reviewers' comments are attached at the end of this email. Besides, you must improve the English writing of your papers, especially ensuring no grammatical mistakes and typos. > > 3. The camera-ready version of your paper (both the source file in MS Words and the corresponding PDF file) must be sent by e-mail to ichl2014@ihlsociety.org as soon as possible with the subject title “[ICHL2014] camera-ready submission ID XX” (where XX is your submission ID). > > 4. You must confirm your participation by registering for the ICHL 2014 as soon as possible, and are required to give an oral presentation of your paper at the conference. Please note that at least one full egistration is required for each paper accepted. Registration form is available from the conference website (http://ihlsociety.org/ichl2014). > > If there is any problem, please feel free to contact the Program Chairs (ichl2014@ihlsociety.org).
