| 黃酮類化合物廣泛存在于自然界中,具有多種生理活性,從天然產(chǎn)物中提取和分離黃酮類化合物,引起了人們越來越多的關注。論文主要綜述了黃酮類化合物的基本概念,并從幾個方面簡單介紹了黃酮類化合物的性質及其功能作用。近幾年來不同的提取和分離方法在黃酮類化合物中的應用越來越廣泛,所用的溶劑不同,提取條件不同,提取方法也就不同;黃酮類化合物性質不同,分離方法也不同。隨著科技的進步,黃酮類化合物的提取和分離方法將更加快速、高效、完善。 |

| Flavonoids are widely existed in nature, it has varieties of physiological activity, and can be extracted and separated from the natural product, so it is attracting more and more people’s attention. This thesis mainly summarizes the basic concepts of flavonoids , and introduce several aspects of its characters and functions of the flavonoids. In recent years, different methods of extraction and separation are more and more widely used in the application of flavonoids with different solvents, different extraction conditions or different extract methods; as the characters of flavonoids different, the separation methods are also different. With the development of science and technology, the extractive and separated methods of flavonoids will be more rapid, efficient and perfect. |

The recent explosion of interest in the extraction and purification of flavonoids is due to the bioactivity.This paper mainly reviews the conception of flavonoids, their properties and functions are also briefly introduced.Different methods of extraction and purification of flavonoids are widely used in the recent years, distinguishing by different solvents and extraction conditions. purification methods are variety by the properties of flavonoids. the methods of extraction and purification of flavonoids are faster, more efficient and better with the development of technology |
