My primary research goal is to practically improve the reliability and performance of parallel software in different levels of the software stack. My work appeared in those most prestigious system conferences, including SOSP and OSDI. My research has had real impact on both academia and industry, which has been cited over 350 times for only 4 papers. Since I am working on those practically useful systems, my research got a lot of attentions from industrial giants, such as IBM, Intel, Huawei, SAS. I was approached by a lot of companies without application, such as Google, Facebook, and Huawei, when I was still a PhD student at UMassAmherst, which you could expect for you as well if you will work with me.
