APL投稿三天就杯具，求各位大神分析 已有4人參與

第一次投英文期刊，副編沒送審，直接發(fā)拒信 ：We have examined your paper, and our consensus is that it does not contain a strong component of new applied physics and does not meet the timeliness requirement for rapid publication in this Letters Journal. We are therefore returning the manuscript so that you can seek publication elsewhere. As you may be aware, we receive many more papers than we can accept, and many of them are in competitive sub-fields. Consequently, we are compelled to reduce our coverage of certain areas, even though they may have appeared in our pages in the past. Such decisions are difficult but are necessary to control the explosion in Journal size.
