| 光學(xué)檢測(cè)是一種定性與定量相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)分析技術(shù)，它主要是針對(duì)材料本身的光學(xué)性質(zhì)而進(jìn)行的檢測(cè)技術(shù)。在當(dāng)今的社會(huì)生活中，光學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)已經(jīng)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、空間探測(cè)、生物學(xué)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等各種方面得到應(yīng)用并取得不錯(cuò)的效果。特別是伴隨著半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，具有某一些特殊功效的新式傳感器得以應(yīng)用，由此制成的各種光電檢測(cè)設(shè)備也在向著小型化、智能化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，使得光學(xué)檢測(cè)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域會(huì)更加寬廣，推動(dòng)著新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 |

Optical diagnostics refer to the diagnostic techniques based on the optical properties of the material to be tested, which can be characterized by the combination of qualitative and quantitative structural analysis. Up to now, optical diagnostics have been widely applied to numerous areas such as industrial production, space exploration, biology, and health care, and reasonably good accomplishments have been obtained. Especially with the application of new sensors having special capabilities resulting from the rapid development of semiconductor and computer technology, more and more miniaturized and intelligentized photoelectric diagnostic apparatus utilizing these novel sensors have emerged.
