| 經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步為電子商務(wù)開辟了無(wú)比廣闊的前景，在全球信息化大勢(shì)所驅(qū)的影響下，各國(guó)的電子商務(wù)不斷的改進(jìn)和完善，電子商務(wù)己成為21世紀(jì)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的標(biāo)志之一。作為一種信息時(shí)代國(guó)際通行的商務(wù)模式，電子商務(wù)觀念正不斷深入人心。而在我國(guó)，計(jì)算機(jī)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及與發(fā)展，電子商務(wù)迅速崛起，網(wǎng)上交易發(fā)展也步入了一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。電子商務(wù)的深入發(fā)展引發(fā)了一場(chǎng)廣泛、深刻的商業(yè)變革。電子商務(wù)作為網(wǎng)上交易的重要商務(wù)活動(dòng)之一，其存在的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力，使得許多企業(yè)都躍躍欲試，雖然這一新經(jīng)濟(jì)狀態(tài)下的商務(wù)形態(tài)有著光明的前景，但也而臨著許多問(wèn)題。經(jīng)歷了網(wǎng)絡(luò)泡沫的中國(guó)電子商務(wù)，目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入平穩(wěn)發(fā)展階段，前景非常看好，但是電子商務(wù)在未來(lái)的發(fā)展道路上，其問(wèn)題依然不少。因此，現(xiàn)在應(yīng)展望電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，理清目前存在的問(wèn)題并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策，這樣就更有利于新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的持續(xù)、快速、健康地發(fā)展。 |

The development of economy and the progress of science and technology have opened up a very broad prospect for e-commerce,and the e-commerce of all countries are continuously improved and perfected under the influence of the trend of global informationization,and the e-commerce has become one of the symbols of advanced productivity for the 21st century.The concept of e-commerce is continuously going deep into popular feeling as a kind of commercial model accepted internationally in the age of information.The electronic commerce in our country rises rapidly due to the popularization and development of computer and network technology,and the development of online trading also steps into a new stage.The further development of e-commerce has caused a widespread and profound reform for commerce.The e-commerce exists huge economic potential as one of the important business activities of online transactions,which has made many companies want to try, although the commercial form of this new economic condition has bright prospect,it also faces with many problems.The Chinese e-commerce at present has already entered the stage of steady development and has a good prospect after going through the internet bubble of e-commerce,however,it still has a lot of problems on the road of development in the future. Therefore,it is high time to have an overall review of the future trends of E-Commerce's development, sort out the existing problems and put forward corresponding actions in order to facilitate a constant, rapid and healthy development of China's E-Commerce in a new situation. |
