小弟在做蒸汽在管內(nèi)凝結(jié)換熱的數(shù)值模擬,最近做不下去了,特來向各位前輩求教。管子長度為0.9m,直徑為15mm,壁厚為2mm。入口為質(zhì)量入口,100℃飽和蒸汽,0.00556kg/s。套管為內(nèi)徑30mm,外壁絕熱,冷卻水入口為蒸汽出口處,0.639kg/s,入口為40℃,出口為43℃。小弟在做的過程中,蒸汽在入口之后很快就完全變成水了,出口處質(zhì)量流量為9.302kg/s。采用mixture模型。出口和入口處的速度一樣大,整個(gè)出口截面全是水,換熱系數(shù)大的出奇。小弟是新手,手上也木有金幣,希望前輩能略微指點(diǎn)一二。udf如下:
