5-氨基四唑是高氮化合物,其密度、生成焓非常的高,是一種新型的氣體發(fā)生劑。反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物基本上都是氮?dú)猓虼藦V泛的應(yīng)用于軍事和民用方面。如在航天器變軌動(dòng)力裝置,汽車安全氣囊、各種救生船、救生衣和民航應(yīng)急滑梯等設(shè)備的快速充氣等。5-氨基四唑是一種新型的低溫反應(yīng)氣體發(fā)生劑,使用過程更安全環(huán)保,是目前高檔汽車安全氣囊氣體發(fā)生劑開發(fā)應(yīng)用的主要方向。隨著我國(guó)汽車和航空工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)于高品質(zhì)的汽車安全氣囊及各種充氣救生設(shè)備所使用的充氣劑提出了更高的要求,因此5 - 氨基四唑類氣體發(fā)生劑具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。 本文主要研究以單氰胺為原料合成氨基胍碳酸鹽,再以氨基胍碳酸鹽為原料合成5-氨基四唑,并探索從單氰胺為原料合成5-氨基四唑的反應(yīng)機(jī)理,考察關(guān)鍵反映因素的影響,得到高產(chǎn)率、高純度的氨基胍碳酸鹽、5-氨基四唑,最后對(duì)合成的5-氨基四唑進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征。 關(guān)鍵字:?jiǎn)吻璋、氨基胍碳酸鹽、5-氨基四唑、氣體發(fā)生器 |

非專業(yè)的,僅供參考! 5 - amino tetrazolium is high nitrogen compound, its density, formation enthalpy is very high, is a new type of gas generating agent.Reaction products are basically nitrogen, therefore widely used in military and civilian aspects., such as power device in the spacecraft orbit, automotive airbags, various rescue boats, life jackets and civil aviation emergency chute, fast filling equipment, etc.5 - amino tetrazolium is a new type of low temperature reaction gas generating agent, using more safe environmental protection, is the upscale automobile airbag gas generating agent the main direction of development and application.With the rapid development of automobile and aviation industry in China, for high quality automobile airbag and various kinds of inflatable rescue equipment used by aerating agent put forward higher request, therefore 5 - amino tetrazolium kind of gas generating agent has broad market prospects. In this paper, we study in a single cyanogen amine as raw material to synthesis of amino guanidine carbonate, again by aminoguanidine carbonate synthesized from 5 - amino tetrazolium, and explore from single cyanogen amine as raw material to synthesis of 5 - amino tetrazolium reaction mechanism, the key to reflect the effects of factors, to get high yield, high purity amino guanidine carbonate, 5 - amino tetrazolium, finally, the synthesis of 5 - amino tetrazolium for structural characterization.
