摘要 苯并咪唑是一種含有2 個氮原子的雜環(huán)化合物,具有廣泛的生物活性,如抗癌、抗真菌等,可作為合成藥物原料或中間體[1-2],還可作為環(huán)氧樹脂新型固化劑、催化劑和某些金屬的表面處理劑以及螯合劑[3]。此外,苯并咪唑類化合物可與稀土元素配位制備配合物[4-5]用于OLED 材料等領域。 由于其具有特殊的結構、生理活性和反應活性等,應用十分廣泛。因此,苯并咪唑類化合物的合成引起了人們的極大興趣,并且在近年來取得了較大的進展。本文對吡啶并苯并咪唑類化合物的合成進行了研究。 |

abstract Benzimidazole is a heterocyclic compound containing two nitrogen atoms, with a wide range of biological activities, such as anticancer, antifungal, etc., which is not only used as pharmaceutical raw materials or synthetic intermediates [1-2], but also as new curing agents for epoxy resin, catalysts, certain metal surface treatment agents and chelating agents [3].In addition, rare earth complexes, prepared by coordination of benzimidazole and rare earth elements [4-5] , have been widely used in the field of OLED materials. Benzimidazole is widely used due to its special structure, physiological activities and reactivity, etc.Thus, the synthesis of benzimidazoles has attracted a great deal of attention, and has made great progress in recent years. In this paper, we have focus on the synthesis of pyridobenzimidazole compounds. |

Abstract Benzimidazole is a kind of heterocyclic compound that has two nitrogen atoms,and with extensive biological activities,such as anticancer,antifungal activity and so on,it can be used as raw materials of synthetic drugs or midbody [1-2], what's more, it also can be as a new type of epoxy resin curing agent, catalyst, and surface treating agent and chelating agent of some metal [3].In addition,benzene and imidazoles compounds can be used for the field of OLED materials coordinated with rare earth elements which can prepare coordination compound [4-5]. It can be widely applied due to its special structure, physiological activity and reaction activity, etc.Therefore,the synthesis of benzene and imidazoles compounds has attracted great attention of people,and gained more progress in recent years.So the synthesis of pyridine and benzene and imidazoles compounds is studied in the paper. |
