現(xiàn)代科學(xué)研究提供了提取和檢測(cè)杜仲葉片化合物的技術(shù), 所采用的空心分子印跡聚合物(h-mip1)擁有良好的高性能印記效果。五種成分如綠原酸,咖啡酸,香草酸,原兒茶酸和沒(méi)食子酸已經(jīng)確定。詳細(xì)比較化合物的含量和比例,表明綠原酸高於其它化合物。作為一個(gè)研究的焦點(diǎn),采用超聲技術(shù)和(HPLC)方法進(jìn)一步考慮了綠原酸的提取條件,最佳工藝條件為:甲醇水(70%);溶劑比為20/1(V/W);提取時(shí)間3x30分鍾。 Modern scientific research provide one of the technique for the extraction and determination of some compounds from EUO leaves, it is using a hollow imprinted polymer (H-MIP1) was observed has a good imprint effect and a high capability. The confirmation of five components such as chlorogenic acid (CGA), caffeic acid (CA), vanillic acid (VA), protocatechuic acid (PCA) and gallic acid (GA). The content and proportion of those compounds were compared in details, indicating that the CGA is high than other compounds. As a studies focuses, it goes further to considered of CGA on extraction conditions using ultrasonic technique and (HPLC) method. The optimum extraction conditions: aqueous methanol (70%); solvent/sample ratio 20/1 (v/w) and extraction time 3x30 min. |
