一些關(guān)于模擬汽液相平衡的問(wèn)題(towhee新手) 已有1人參與

本人最近在學(xué)習(xí)Towhee,嘗試自己模擬簡(jiǎn)單的純物質(zhì)。出現(xiàn)了不少問(wèn)題,想在這里請(qǐng)教一下大家。希望高手們解答! 1、自己寫(xiě)的input文件,charge_assignment這塊我寫(xiě)的是bond-increment,但是運(yùn)行的時(shí)候老是說(shuō)找不到參數(shù) parameters not found for bond increment atoms 1 and 2 vib 1 names [CH ] [CH ] 下面是力場(chǎng)文件相應(yīng)的部分(格式應(yīng)該不會(huì)錯(cuò),我照著example寫(xiě)的)。 Bond Increment Type Number 1 Bond Increment Value 0.0000000000E+00 Bond Increment Order aromatic Force Field Name TraPPE-UA Atom Names CH CH 2、后來(lái)這個(gè)問(wèn)題得不到解決,因?yàn)樗肽M的物質(zhì)不考慮電荷,所以就把”charge_assignment“這塊改成了”none“。然后運(yùn)行,但是模擬結(jié)果 的汽液密度最終都差不多一樣了,這樣的話就是不分相了。后來(lái)嘗試改變盒子的大小,但是都得到的不分相。 “盒子里面的分子數(shù)目都是50/250,盒子的大小根據(jù)實(shí)際的文獻(xiàn)密度給的(大致)。” 3、還有像請(qǐng)問(wèn)下是不是各種move的概率問(wèn)題,我大致給的概率是轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和平動(dòng)分別是0.35,0.3。體積給的是0.002、交換給的是0.003、pmcb給的是0.29。 |

把力場(chǎng)文件貼上來(lái)吧,目測(cè)是你的格式有問(wèn)題,比如 type number的1,前面的空格數(shù)可能不對(duì)。自己去原力場(chǎng)里面看看它的位置。 汽液相分不開(kāi),先試試減小汽液相盒子體積,你的汽液相盒子大小分別是多少?溫度?溫度有沒(méi)有接近臨界溫度。 另外你的cut值設(shè)的多少?可以嘗試減小截?cái)喟霃街怠?br /> 如果還不行,請(qǐng)?zhí)斎牒土?chǎng)文件看看。 |
