下午收到IJEPES的審稿意見，去年8月份投的，不太清楚編輯是什么意思，不懂如何修改，第一次投SCI，求大家?guī)椭?img src="https://muchongimg.xmcimg.com/data/emuch_bbs_images/smilies/cry.gif" align="absmiddle" border="0"> The reviewers have completed the reviews on your above paper. Please note that following these alterations the paper will be re-refereed.
