招聘企業(yè)：著名外資石油化工公司 年薪：15-20萬(wàn) 匯報(bào)對(duì)象： Retail Development Manager 所屬行業(yè)：石油/石化/化工所屬部門(mén)：Retail Development 企業(yè)性質(zhì)：外商獨(dú)資·外企辦事處 企業(yè)規(guī)模：1000-2000人 工作地點(diǎn)：北京 Responsibilities: 1) Within the pre-determined retail network development strategy and plan, provide support, guidance and assistance together with the Development Manager to the three networks to ensure achievement of the annual targeted rate of network development 2) Assist the Development Manager and the VP Retail to comprehensively assess and process all project development proposals, for local, Singapore and Paris approval in line with established objective 3) Coordinate with TCI engineer to review the layout and investment of the station projects consistently with the potential of the site 4) Develop and train the retail teams in the three existing affiliates with regard to network development and provide assistance to the developers’ team in order to achieve the targets for the development of the service station network and to maintain the high-quality projects developed 5) Carry out the projects post evaluation and analysis 6) Assist Development Manager and the two JVs(TSO and TSF) to invest in storage facilities and to obtain Whole Sale Licenses 7) Follow up with the network development work of the three network companies to ensure them hit the target of contracts signing and sites opening year by year Requirements: 1) University graduate, good English both written and spoken 2) Ability to work closely with multi-disciplined and multicultural teams bearing in mind limited line authority 3) Ability to understand and adapt to the Chinese regional cultures. 4) Communication at all levels particularly with joint venture partners, national government and local government 5) Ability to withstand very high pressure. 6) 4 years–above working experience; development, planning and/or Retail experiences preferred. 薪酬福利： 職位年薪：15-20萬(wàn)薪資構(gòu)成：基本薪資年假福利：國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社保福利：國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)居住福利：公積金通訊交通：不確定 補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明： 聯(lián)系人：Ivy 謝小姐 010-57245053 ivy.xie@reliance-hr-international.com 企業(yè)介紹： 世界四大石油公司之一，業(yè)務(wù)遍及全球130余國(guó)家，涵蓋整個(gè)石油天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，包括上游業(yè)務(wù)（石油和天然氣勘探、開(kāi)發(fā)與生產(chǎn)，以及液化天然氣）和下游業(yè)務(wù)（煉油與銷(xiāo)售，原油及成品油的貿(mào)易與運(yùn)輸） |
