EUO葉片提取物在幼豬和成年豬的實驗測試了免疫活性。當混合液的血液指標和肉質(zhì)參數(shù)濃度達3-5%時，它可以持續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)白細胞，紅細胞和血小板水平。特別是混合液當中的各種萜烯衍生物對白細胞的效應(yīng),包括B淋巴細胞和T淋巴細胞。在這過程中,他們通過抑制lipolysahide（LPS）誘導(dǎo)白細胞增殖,同時,通過小鼠淋巴細胞的MTT分析方法顯示它們并沒有細胞毒作用。結(jié)果表明，EUO葉片的萜烯衍生提取物通過抑制lipolysahide（LPS）調(diào)節(jié)免疫系統(tǒng)的B淋巴細胞和T淋巴細胞增殖。然而, 對於紅細胞和血小板的活性機制需要進一步探討。

The leaves extracts EUO on immune activity were tested by the growth and finishing pigs experiments. The mixed solution was found in blood parameters and meat quality parameters with concentration at 3% - 5%, and it have to be keep regulation levels of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets. Especially in mixed solution of a variety of terpene derivatives on leukocytes response, including B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes. In this processes, they goes through inhibition of lipolysahide (LPS) to induce leukocytes proliferation. Furthermore, they did not show a cytotoxic effect in murine lymphocytes using MTT assay. The results indicated that the terpene derivatives from leaves extract of EUO by inhibiting lipolysahide (LPS) to regulation of B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes proliferation in immune systems. Howover, the mechanism and acive component on both erythrocytes and platelets will need to be further studied.
