此外，在EUO樹皮粗多糖提取物的小鼠試驗(yàn)中，已有報(bào)告通過降低免疫球蛋白&尿蛋白沉積，提高抗體血清生產(chǎn)與及抑制總免疫球蛋白G（IgG抗體）來預(yù)防腎臟內(nèi)腎小球損傷於治療系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡癥。 除了上述結(jié)果。使用溶血試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)一步從EUO樹皮熱水中分離出蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合多糖（ewds-2）。它通過抑制補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)的抗補(bǔ)體活性已證明顯著治療各種自身免疫疾病。例如:類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎，急性呼吸窘迫綜合征。作為一個明確的結(jié)果，我們觀察到EUO所分離的葉片和樹皮提取物同時對保健和免疫疾病的好處。然而，粗多糖和蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合多糖（ewds-2）的關(guān)系需要進(jìn)一步調(diào)查。 Furthermore, a crude polysaccharides extracts from the stem bark of EUO in mice tests, it has been reported to preventing kidney from glomerular injury with reduced immunoglobulin deposition, lowering proteinuria, increasing production of serum autoantibodies, and the inhibiting effects of total immunoglobulin G (IgG) in system lupus erythematosus treatment. In addition to findings of above results. Further isolation from bark a hot-water of EUO, using hemolytic assays, a protein-bound polysaccharide (EWDS-2). It has been showed possess singificant anti-complementary activity by inhibition of the complement system in various auto-immune disorders. For examples: rheumatoid arthritis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. As a clearly results, we observed that the leave and bark extracts of EUO both effective in health and immune diseases. However, the relation of crude polysaccharides and a protein-bound polysaccharide (EWDS-2) need to be further investigation. |
