The ocean environment characters such as the sea state also have influnce on the submarine avoiding the passive sonobuoys detection. The models of the submarine's motion and the sea state were established, and according to the passive sonar equation and the detection theory, the submarine's evasion effection were researched and simulated. In fact the problem is the data processing that combines data collected from different sources. The transferable model is endowed with rules for combining belief functions generated by distinct pieces of evidence and for weighting the collected belief functions. Using the model and its rules, the problem of submarine detection in coordinated ASW is sloved.
