Generally, the upper yield point ReH has to be determined. This corresponds to the maximum stress preceding the initial drop in tensile load as the elongation increases. For determining the yield point at room temperature, the rate at which the stress is increased shall be not be less than 6 N/mm2 per second and may not exceed 30 N/mm2 per second for steel. For non-ferrous metals the rate at which the stress is increased shall not be less than 2 N/mm2 per second and may not exceed 10N/mm2 per second. The test result shall be stated accurate to 1 N/mm2. 3.2 Proof stress Rp In the case of materials without a marked yield point, the proof stress Rp [N/mm2] shall be determined. Generally, the 0,2 % proof stress Rp 0,2 shall be specified. For austenitic steels as well as austenitc-ferritic (= duplex) steels, the 1 % proof stress Rp 1,0 may be stated instead of, or in addition to, Rp 0,2. The rate of loading and the indication of the results shall be as stated in 3.1. 3.3 Tensile strength Rm In determining the tensile strength Rm [N/mm2], the rate of elongation, once the yield point or proof stress has been passed, shall not with ductile materials exceed a maximum of 40 % per min.. With brittle materials, e.g. grey cast iron, the rate of stress increase may not exceed 2,5 N/mm2 per second. The test result shall be stated accurate to 1 N/mm2. |

一般需確定上屈服點ReH。對應(yīng)伸長量增加過程中拉伸載荷首次下降前的最大應(yīng)力。確定室溫下的屈服點時，鋼的應(yīng)力上升速率不應(yīng)低于每秒6N/mm2，不應(yīng)超過每秒30N/mm2。非鐵金屬（有色金屬）的應(yīng)力增加不應(yīng)低于每秒2N/mm2，不應(yīng)超過每秒10N/mm2。試驗結(jié)果應(yīng)精確到1N/mm2。 3.2 屈服強度Rp 對于沒有顯著屈服點的材料，應(yīng)確定屈服強度Rp[N/mm2]。一般規(guī)定為0.2%屈服強度Rp0.2。 對奧氏體鋼和奧氏體-鐵素體（=雙相）鋼，可使用1%屈服強度Rp1.0代替或附加于Rp0.2。加載速率和結(jié)果表示參照3.1。 3.3 拉伸強度Rm 確定拉伸強度Rm[N/mm2]和伸長率時，經(jīng)過屈服點或屈服強度后，韌性材料不應(yīng)超過每分鐘40%的最大值。脆性材料，例如灰鑄鐵，應(yīng)力上升速率不應(yīng)超過每秒2.5N/mm2。試驗結(jié)果精確到1N/mm2。 |
