Elsevier的期刊投稿后編輯說(shuō)沒有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Scholarship，被拒稿了，什么意思。。。

Elsevier的LUP期刊投稿后編輯說(shuō)我的文章很好讓他耳目一新，還讓我改說(shuō)好希望再見到我投他們， 于是欣然改完再投，這回說(shuō)我沒有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Scholarship，結(jié)果徹底被拒稿了，什么意思，之前說(shuō)文章棒欣賞我，改好卻因?yàn)镾cholarship就拒稿了。。。 Scholarship？？？這東西當(dāng)什么講啊我暈。。。  下面我把原話發(fā)過(guò)來(lái)，誰(shuí)看看Scholarship當(dāng)什么講啊，說(shuō)好的修改呢怎么會(huì)拒稿啊： While your study topic fits within the aims and scope of our journal, the quality of the scholarship does not meet the standards we require in order to send it out for a full peer review. Therefore I must reject it at this initial stage of review. The peer review process places high demands upon experts in the field, and for an international journal such as ours we must be very selective in imposing upon reviewers who give freely of their time. |

上次也說(shuō)scholarship不夠，難道學(xué)術(shù)不行。。。 My main concern with the manuscript is that it lacks the caliber of scholarship required by LAND--there is no research question. But I sense there is a good potential, so would encourage a re-submission after a major overhaul along the two dimensions mentioned above. I would be delighted to take another look when and if such a revamped manuscript is submitted. |
