最近投了篇talanta, 關(guān)于審稿人的意見有些弄不明白，請各位蟲友幫忙分析一下： 1. The aims of the work are not well described in the abstract and I would like to suggest to the authors that they modify the text in order to present in a clear way the objectives of the research. 2. In the experimental section, details about the characterization of the Ag NCs particles using TEM technique are absent. I recommend the authors insert these details. 3. In my opinion, the quality of the figures is good. I suggest the authors that they improve the presentation of the figures, mainly the plots. 謝謝！ |

謝謝，非常感謝。還有個問題，是另一個審稿人的。關(guān)于參考文獻(xiàn)：The references are not cited in a right chronological sequence e.g.refs.[1-5] ref. no. 1 in 2006, ref. no. 2 in 1997, ref. no. 3 in 2004, ref. no. 4 in 2006 then ref. no. 5 in 2003. This is always by all citations and should be corrected. There are some irrelevant reference which can be omitted without affecting the scientific merit of the paper. 難道他的意思是說一處引用的參考文獻(xiàn)要按年代序排列起來？但是我看了talanta的一些文章，并沒有按年代序排列�。� |

The sizes and morphologies of the DNA-templated silver nanoclusters ( DNA-Ag NCs ) were obtained using a JEOL JEM-2100 transmission electron microscope with an acceleration voltage of 200 kV. Dilute colloid solution of the DNA-Ag NCs were drop-cast on thin, carbon formvar-coated copper grids and air dried before imaging. 這是我關(guān)于TEM圖的描述，我看大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)都是這樣寫的。有沒有可能審稿人沒有看到？ |
