有關(guān)SCI投稿參考文獻，中文格式的問題。 已有2人參與

求高手指點： 寫了一篇英文文章，但參考文獻有一半是中文參考文獻，投了一次Rock Mechanic and Rock Engineering，15天左右，沒有外審，邊界給拒了回來，給了一下意見： Dear Dr Shen, I very much appreciate your having allowed us to see your paper. I regret that it is not possible to consider it for publication in the present form. Your manuscript has been submitted without following our guidelines as shown in our website. Please see the references in the text and in the reference list. Furthermore, it is useful in order to allow a fair and appropriate review of your manuscript to have it edited for English before submission. See our website for advice, if needed.
