關(guān)于wien2k軟件安裝和配置問(wèn)題請(qǐng)教各位高手!

單機(jī)配置:i5-4570 處理器一個(gè) (四核四線程),8G內(nèi)存,集成顯卡,不聯(lián)網(wǎng),只有本人自己使用。 想用wien2k 來(lái)研究材料的摻雜問(wèn)題,處理的體系在100個(gè)原子左右。 關(guān)于安裝和軟件編譯有以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題搞不清楚: 1. 臺(tái)式機(jī)的系統(tǒng)目前是Ubuntu 12.04 個(gè)人桌面版,是否可以順利安裝wien2k?非得要改成服務(wù)器正式版嗎??若要改的話,如何操作可將Ubuntu 12.04 個(gè)人桌面版換成服務(wù)器正式版 ?請(qǐng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高手告之。 2. 關(guān)于串行計(jì)算?還是k點(diǎn)并行?還是mpi并行?WIEN2k- hardware/software官方指南2013年有如下資料: Intel I7 quad (six)-core processors with fast memory bus (1.5-3Gb/core, Gbit-network, SATA disks). with a few such PCs you have a quite powerful cluster (k-parallel) 60 - 100 atom / cell, requires 2-4 Gb RAM k-point Parallelization: mpi-parallelization:for bigger cases (> 50 atoms) and more than 4 cores 我想研究的體系大于50個(gè)原子,請(qǐng)問(wèn)單機(jī)(一個(gè)cpu,4core+8G)是串行計(jì)算還是并行計(jì)算,若是并行,是k并行還是mpi并行?考慮到計(jì)算效率。 3. 軟件編譯里面有:configure Parallel execution Shared Memory Architecture? (y/n):請(qǐng)問(wèn)這個(gè)是什么意思?單機(jī)里面有兩個(gè)或多個(gè)cpu算是這種結(jié)構(gòu)嗎??本人的單機(jī)只有一顆,那這里應(yīng)該是n? Remote shell (default is ssh) = Do you have MPI and Scalapack installed and intend to run finegrained parallel? (This is usefull only for BIG cases)! (y/n) 從這可以看出,單機(jī)是不需要遠(yuǎn)程登錄的?考慮到計(jì)算效率的話,單機(jī)是否也可本地登錄? 4. 若確定是并行計(jì)算,考慮到本人的具體配置,請(qǐng)問(wèn).machines 文件如何書寫? 請(qǐng)各位高手不吝賜教! |
