CO 氧化的空速SV比較,求指點(diǎn) 已有2人參與

在我們的固定床CO氧化反應(yīng)中,文中描述是這樣的: 100 mg powder was loaded in a stainless tube reactor, and the reactor was heated from room temperature to 600 ºC at a rate of 2 ºC/min. The total gas flow rate was 40 ml/ min corresponding to a space velocity (SV) of 24000 mL g-1 h-1, and the inlet gas composition was 1 % CO and 5 % O2 with N2 as balance. 在這個(gè)體系下我們做了幾個(gè)材料對CO的催化反應(yīng),主要考察在不同溫度下的CO轉(zhuǎn)化率,并與其他人類似的材料做了比較,無非是想說明我們的材料活性更好。但審稿人提出了這個(gè)問題: The selected experimental conditions are very favourable for CO oxidation, as large excess of oxygen and more importantly rather low space velocities have been used. About the concern of space velocity my concern was more general. We are looking at the process of CO oxidation. In this respect the comparison should be made with state of the art system and not just with similar materials. 看其他人的文獻(xiàn),其實(shí)我們的空速也不低啊,1:5的CO:O2也不算高,審稿人的意圖到底想表達(dá)什么呢?懇請行家指點(diǎn)! |
