大家給我的套磁信提了很多有用的意見，非常感謝，我根據(jù)大家的意見修改了一下套瓷信，本人的英文水平不好，希望大家繼續(xù)幫我提意見，不勝感激！ Looking for a PhD position in your group Dear Prof. XX It is of great honor for me to contact you for the application of a PhD position in your group because I have found my research background matches your research in the field of plasmonic very well. My name is Weixiang Ye, a master student majored in Microelectronics & Solid State Electronics from Nankai University, P. R. China. I have read your homepage and read some of your papers (e.g., “XX” and “XX”), from which I was inspired a lot. Based on my research experiences, I think that it could be a good idea to use XX to enhance the locally electromagetic field, which is an effective way to improve the sensitivity of plasmonic gas sensor in your papers. We can build a dual measurement system which combines XX and XX to report two parameters in one local chemical reaction. Therefore, I write this email to inquire the possibility in doing research as a Ph.D. student in your research group after I complete my graduate study at June next year (2015). My research experience ranged from synthesis of silver and gold spheres, surface plasmon resonance biosensors, to the microchip. Till now, I have some output for the research. I have finished five academic papers in this field. Finally, thank you for taking time off your busy schedule to read this letter. 樓主，第一段不用那么多套話，直接就說(shuō)你想申請(qǐng)他的研究生。 你第二段說(shuō)到他的research對(duì)你有很積極的影響，你可以補(bǔ)充說(shuō)下在你那一方面的研究有影響，比如ideas啊，證明方法之類的。然后說(shuō)完之后就直接把你的第四段放后面，簡(jiǎn)要介紹你的research experience和科研成果，發(fā)表的如果是國(guó)際期刊的話可以把雜志名稱寫出來(lái)。。 說(shuō)完之后接下來(lái)就直接"Based on my research experience, ...." 然后直接說(shuō)“You can find my detailed research proposal in the attachment”，然后表明自己可以"benefit from your teaching and guidance in achieving my academic goals" 最后一段感謝他讀你的信，希望可以得到他的回復(fù)就可以了,比如“Please give me a feedback at your convenience, I'll appreciate any time you can give me.”。 |
