Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are field-based Medical Affairs Associates of Novartis, who develop peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Medical Experts/Key Stakeholders and members of the scientific community, utilizing scientific and medical evidence-based non-promotional materials. They strategically prepare and support the development, launch and commercialization of Novartis products through scientific exchange, seeking external insight to shape Novartis understanding of the therapeutic environment. Their activities begin up to two years prior to launch of a new molecule. They respond to unsolicited requests for scientific information and provide clinical trial support. Additionally, Senior MSLs participate and often lead special projects and specific initiatives, leveraging their extensive experience and strategic insight. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations. |

醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)聯(lián)絡(luò)員是諾華的醫(yī)學(xué)事務(wù)相關(guān)的人員，運(yùn)用基于證據(jù)的非宣傳性的科學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)材料，負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展與主要關(guān)鍵意見領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者/醫(yī)學(xué)專家/關(guān)鍵的利益相關(guān)者和科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)成員的對等關(guān)系。他們在戰(zhàn)略上準(zhǔn)備、支持諾華產(chǎn)品的的發(fā)展、上市和商業(yè)化，通過科學(xué)的交流和尋求外部的洞察力來塑造諾華對于治療環(huán)境的理解。他們在新分子上市前的2年開始工作。他們負(fù)責(zé)解答未有確定答案的科學(xué)信息和提供臨床試驗(yàn)支持。另外，高級(jí)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)聯(lián)絡(luò)員借力于他們廣泛的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和戰(zhàn)略眼光，參與和通常領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目和具體舉措。 遵循適宜的政策，程序和和其他規(guī)定。  |
