Laboratory Applications Specialist - MicroCalorimetry 我們客戶是外資儀器公司，這個職位需要經(jīng)常出差。 如果有從事生命科學儀器行業(yè)的朋友，歡迎給我發(fā)郵件。北京上海都招人。 沒有概念的朋友可以參考同行業(yè)一些公司的產(chǎn)品，比如美國TA儀器，伯樂生命醫(yī)學產(chǎn)品公司～ april.xiao@lepower.net 碩士：最好有2年左右工作經(jīng)驗。 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To analyse samples from potential customers, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, using the MicroCal range of instruments and utilizing other technologies in the The company portfolio. Communicate the findings of such analyses in written report or presentation format. To develop and document The company’s application knowledge and foster its expertise in the area of microcalorimetry and possibly other technologies available. To provide technical assistance to The company’s sales channels with customer support, training, marketing and problem solving activities. Education Minimum Masters Level Science degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Bio-Physics, preferred at PhD level in similar disciplines.. A command of Englidh is highly desirable and will be a considerable advantage. Experience Previous laboratory experience, microcalorimetry experience essential and experience within Life Science industry will be an advantage. Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office suite an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain records of all samples received for analysis and subsequent results, reports, methodologies and correspondence within the agreed database and systems. • Perform Health & Safety assessments (COSHH) on incoming samples. • Perform analysis of customer samples on The company microcalorimetry instrumentation with the presentation of results via written reports or presentations in a clear, logical and appropriate level for the audience and to the required standard. • Receive incoming calls and answer technical queries and to liaise with distributors, sales persons and customers in connection with samples submitted for analysis. • Perform training of new The company personnel and customers on the use of The company microcalorimetry • To aid in the generation of product support material (application notes, technical notes, white papers, Brainsharks, WebEx, articles, FAQ's and material for use on the Web Site) to improve the communication to the market and the wider The company organization in support of the microcalorimetry technologies. • Provide support to the sales organisation by helping with demonstrations and customer visits throughout Greater China • Logging in/recording of customers’ complaints and resolution in liaison with peers and line management.
