| 鉻鐵礦加壓液相氧化生產(chǎn)鉻酸鈉的工藝中采用醇洗浸堿的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)鉻酸鹽與苛性堿的分離,能耗低、成本低。本文對(duì)醇洗浸堿過程的甲醇與苛性鈉的真空蒸餾分離工藝進(jìn)行了研究。采用單因素試驗(yàn)考察真空度、溫度、時(shí)間、堿濃度對(duì)甲醇回收率的影響,并確定初始工藝條件。正交試驗(yàn)確定最佳工藝條件。試驗(yàn)分析表明,真空度為0.01MPa,蒸餾溫度為5℃,蒸餾時(shí)間為10min時(shí)甲醇回收率為59.35、純度為95.1%,殘液堿濃度900g/L,甲醇與殘液分別可循環(huán)使用于前段浸堿工藝與液相氧化工藝。 |

| In the pressurized liquid-phase oxidation process for the production of sodium chromate from chromite, methanol leaching, a low energy consumption and low cost method, is widely used to separate the alkali chromate and caustic alkali. In this paper, the separation processes in which the vacuum distillation of methanol and caustic soda was used in the methanol leaching were studied. The conditions for initial processes were determined by testing the effect of single factors, including vacuum degree, temperature, time and alkali concentration, on methanol recovery. The optimal process conditions were determined with orthogonal experiment. Experimental analysis showed that the methanol recovery rate was 59.35% and the purity was 95.1%, with the residual liquid caustic soda concentration of 900g/L when the degree of vacuum was 0.01MPa, the distillation temperature was 5℃ and time was 10min. The recovered methanol and the residual liquid can be reused in the alkaline leaching process and liquid phase oxidation processes, respectively. |
