All samples contained white fused alumina (Union, Korea) as aggregates. In the AS (A), the 22wt% alumina richspinel (AR-78, Almatis, Netherland) was used without addition of microsilica, however, in the ASM (B, C), and 2.5wt% magnesia(dead-burnt magnesia 95wt%, d≤75㎛ were used with varying the additive amount of microsilica.And 5wt% calcium aluminate cement (Secar71, Kerneos, France), which played role as a binder, and microsilica(with differeent contents such as 0.5wt% and 0.7wt%; 971U, Elkem, Norway) were used as well. The chemical composition of the experimental specimen and of raw materials are shown in table 1 and table2.In order to analyze the expansion behavior of castables, all the specimens were heated up to 1700℃ in RUL (refractoriness under load of 0.2MPa). And the thermal linear expansion rate (at 1600℃) were measured. And the all the specimens were prefired at 1000℃ to obtain sufficient mechanical strength. The HMOR (hot modulus of rupture) was measured at 1400℃ by using specimens with the size of 160mmⅹ40mmⅹ40mm. |

| 所有樣品都含有白剛玉（歐盟，韓國）作為骨料。AS（A）含22％（重量）的氧化鋁尖晶石（AR-78，安邁，荷蘭），無需另加硅微粉即可使用，但ASM（B，C）含和2.5％（重量）agnesia（重?zé)趸V95％（重量）、d≤75㎛，使用時(shí)另加不同數(shù)量的微硅粉。5％（重量）鋁酸鈣水泥（Secar71，凱諾斯，法國）作為粘合劑和微硅粉（不同的含量，如0.5％（重量）和0.7％（重量）; 971U，埃肯，挪威），試驗(yàn)樣品的化學(xué)成分和原材料見表1和表2。為了分析澆注料的膨脹行為，所有試樣均加熱到1700℃的RUL（0.2MPa負(fù)載下的耐熱度）。測定線性熱膨脹系數(shù)（1600℃）。所有樣品均預(yù)燒至1000℃，以獲得足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度。在1400℃條件下，用160mmⅹ40mmⅹ40mm大小的樣本測定HMOR（熱斷裂模量）。 |
