And when comparing the expansion rates of B with that of C, we may assume that the linear expansion was reduced due to the reduction CA6, which may be attributed to the increase in microsilica contents in the ASM. Fig. 4 presents the HMOR measured after keeping the specimen at 1400℃ for an hour. The specimen A containing spinel shows the highest mechanical strength, whereas the specimen B, C and D containing magnesia show lower mechanical strength. This indicates the existence of the liquid phases in matrix, which was caused by the addition of microsilica to ASM and AM. With increase in microsilica content, amount of liquid phases and its viscosity of microsilica change in accordance with the change in temperature. Thus, it may become a factor to reduce the value of HMOR at high temperature5). |

對照B，C的擴(kuò)展率，我們假定，因CA6的減少（它是因ASM中硅粉量的增加導(dǎo)致的），線性擴(kuò)展也減少了。圖4展示把樣本放在1400度條件下1小時(shí)，檢測到的HMOR。 含有尖晶石的樣本A機(jī)械強(qiáng)度最高，而含有氧化鎂的BCD其機(jī)械強(qiáng)度度就小些。 這表明基本中液相的存在，它是由于在ASM和Am中增加了硅粉。因硅粉量的增加，液相量和硅粉的粘度也隨著溫度的變化而變化。因此，這也成了一個(gè)在高潮時(shí)減少HMOR的因素。 |
