小弟第一次投稿，編輯意見如何回復(fù)（貌似大修） 已有2人參與

小弟研一菜鳥一枚，投了一個比較水的SCI，現(xiàn)在編輯decision letter如下，審稿人就一個...審稿意見跟文章相關(guān)性不大，覺著審稿人似乎沒有仔細(xì)看文章，有點(diǎn)不知道怎么改，求高手提點(diǎn)一下 Ps：想問下這個文章中大修后中的概率如何...在此謝過各位大神了... Please find the review results for your paper at the address attachedbelow, and make the modifications according to the reviewers'opinion： Please highlight or type in red where you have corrected. Your revisedmanuscript will be sent to the reviewers again for the reconsideration. Please submit the revised manuscript in two weeks (till November 3,2014) from the website At the top of the cover letter, please mark on the tracking number and write down how you've addressed to the comments from thereviewers.
