[關(guān)鍵詞] 血液透析；健康教育；家庭隨訪；老年 維持性血液透析（Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD）是終末期腎功能衰竭（End-stage renal disease）患者最重要的腎臟替代療法 [1]，近年來，隨著人口老齡化的發(fā)展，維持性血液透析患者中老年患者呈直線上升趨勢，而老年透析患者在透析中容易發(fā)生低血壓、心律失常、心絞痛、肌肉痙攣等并發(fā)癥〔2〕，本研究所指的老年人是60周歲以上的中國公民。我國89.5%的透析病人采用HD治療〔3〕，單純的HD治療雖然能延長患者的生命，但費(fèi)用昂貴、需要長期治療，很多患者甚至需要家屬的長期照顧，長此以往從多個方面加重了家庭負(fù)擔(dān)。本研究旨在探討通過實(shí)施家庭訪視對老年維持性血液透析患者實(shí)施干預(yù)的效果，現(xiàn)報告如下。 |

[Keyword] hemodialysis; health education; family follow-up; elderly Maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) is the most important renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage renal failure (End-stage renal disease) [1]. In recent years, the number of elderly patients received maintenance hemodialysis increased linearly with the development of an aging population. It is noted that the elderly patients prone to the development of hypotension, arrhythmia, angina, muscle spasms and other complications in hemodialysis [2]. In this study, the elderly refers to Chinese citizens who are 60 years of age or older. Hemodialysis accounts for 89.5% of dialysis patients in China [3], Even though hemodialysis alone can prolong the lifespan of patients, it is costly, required long-term treatments, and many patients need long-term care from their family members. Therefore, in the long run hemodialysis will increase the family burden in many ways. In this paper, we reported the effect of family visits on hemodialysis intervention of elderly patients. |
