摘要：動(dòng)物參與人類體育活動(dòng)是司空見(jiàn)慣的事情，其參與的形式亦豐富多樣，其中人類與動(dòng)物共同參與的體育活動(dòng)被稱為“物種間體育”， 主要包括人類與動(dòng)物互斗、人類捕獲或獵殺動(dòng)物以及人類利用動(dòng)物作為運(yùn)輸工具進(jìn)行賽跑或技能比賽這三種形式，在物種間體育中，人類與動(dòng)物的關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)出兩種主要形態(tài)，一是主導(dǎo)動(dòng)物的行為模式，二是剝奪動(dòng)物的生命。傷害動(dòng)物權(quán)利歷來(lái)是物種間體育備受爭(zhēng)議的話題，本文首先借助哲學(xué)、倫理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，對(duì)權(quán)利、傷害等基礎(chǔ)性概念進(jìn)行深入探討，在此基礎(chǔ)上，闡明動(dòng)物權(quán)利的正當(dāng)性，梳理人類與動(dòng)物關(guān)系的應(yīng)然性，其次，結(jié)合物種間體育的形式與表現(xiàn)，提出應(yīng)堅(jiān)決抵制剝奪動(dòng)物生命的所謂“血腥體育”，允許主導(dǎo)動(dòng)物行為模式的物種間體育適度存在，但人類應(yīng)盡到保護(hù)與照顧的義務(wù)，盡量避免使動(dòng)物遭受不必要的傷害。 關(guān)鍵詞：物種間體育；動(dòng)物權(quán)利；人類義務(wù)；行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò) |

It is customary phenomenon that the animals involved in physical activities with a rich diversity type of participation, of which both the humanity and animals participated jointly was called physical activities between species (abbr.PABS)that three available types included i.e. fighting between the humanity and animals, the humanity capturing or killed animals and the animals served as transportation or skill competition.In PABS, the relationship between humanity and animals presented two main form i.e. behavior model of leading animals and is depriving animals life.Along with harming the rights of animals, PABS always is very controversial topic.In this paper, we firstly make an in-depth discussion on fundamental concepts e.g. rights and harm in virtue of related theory of philosophy, ethic and sociology. And on this basis we illustrated the legitimacy of animals and presented inevitability of the humanity and animals. Secondly, combined with present and model of PABS, we proposed that so called bloody sports i.e. depriving animals life should be against firmly. And PABS of behavior model of leading animals should exist properly. But the humanity should endeavor to take the obligation of protecting and attending , and also try to avoid animals suffering the unnecessary hurts. Key words: physical activities between species, animal rights, humanity obligation, actor net. |
