請教真菌新種鑒定需要的實驗及適合發(fā)表的期刊 已有1人參與

想確定一食用菌的分類地位，目前已做核糖體大亞基（nrDNA-LSU）D1-D2區(qū)段序列測定，比對結(jié)果與擬蠟傘屬一菌株的同源性93%，請教進一步需要做哪些實驗，有哪些適合的期刊文章可參考？ 微生物多相分類鑒定的生理生化、化學(xué)分類等等實驗，似乎只是適合于細(xì)菌，真菌除形態(tài)和分子鑒定外還需要做什么工作？謝謝！ |
