3.1. PHBV microspheres size distribution The size distribution of the pre-prepared PHBV microspheres was shown in Fig. 1. The result demonstrated that the PHBV microspheres made in the method of the single emulsion technique had a small size and narrow particle size distribution. The median particle diameter reached to 22.438 μm. 3.2. SEM micrographs of PHBV microspheres The morphology of the PHBV microspheres was analyzed with SEM (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 showed that PHBV microspheres possessed spherical shape and relative rough surface. The diameters of most of the microspheres were below 40 μm which might be fit for further usage in PLGA/PHBV scaffold. The result accorded well with the result of the size distribution test. |

3.1. phbv微球粒徑分布 已制備對(duì)phbv微球的尺寸分布如圖1所示，結(jié)果表明，用單乳液技術(shù)制成的phbv微球很小的尺寸并且粒徑分布范圍窄。粒徑中值達(dá)到22.438μm。 3.⒉phbv微球體的掃描電子顯微照片 利用掃描電鏡分析了phbv微球的形態(tài)學(xué)特征（圖２）。從圖2 可看出，phbv微球是具有球形的形貌并且表面比較粗糙。大部分微球體的直徑低于40μm，可進(jìn)一步用于plga/phbv支架。 這一結(jié)果與尺寸分布試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果符合地很好。 那個(gè)scaffold我不是專業(yè)人士，可能是支架的意思~~ |
