1、(在高壓輥邊上):這就是從德國引進的魁珀恩高壓輥磨機,壓輥直徑為1.5m。我廠為提高選礦技術(shù)水平,降本增效,真正實現(xiàn)“多碎少磨”,創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計并實施了“三段一閉路+高壓輥超細碎”的新破碎工藝流程,將碎礦產(chǎn)品粒度由原P80=15mm降至7.5mm以下,有效降低了碎磨總能耗(高壓輥磨機的工作原理是將礦石給入兩個相反旋轉(zhuǎn)的輥子中間,并借助兩個輥子強大的側(cè)向壓力擠壓而粉碎)。 2、(向xx車間走去):我們接下來看到的是xx車間,和剛才看的高壓輥是一條生產(chǎn)線,于2011年投產(chǎn)運行的,日處理礦量為1萬噸,整個生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)了設(shè)備大型化、工藝裝備先進化、綜合利用全面化、環(huán)境保護最大化。(主要設(shè)備有Φ5.5×8.5m球磨機、Φ710水力旋流器、不同型號的浮選柱和100立方米的柱形浮選機)。 3、(在自動化室):這是我們xx車間的自動化控制室,在這里可以看見我們xx車間的所有工藝設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)情況,當然也是在這里對現(xiàn)場所有的設(shè)備進行集中控制,最大限度地提高了作業(yè)效率,降低了勞動成本。這條新的生產(chǎn)線是公司進行產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的結(jié)果,也是我們廠瞄準國際鉬行業(yè)領(lǐng)先水平,大步提升科學技術(shù)水平的產(chǎn)物。這套工藝流程,包括:“三段一閉路+高壓輥超細碎”的破碎工藝流程、“柱機+中礦再磨聯(lián)合工藝”和“柱機聯(lián)合+泡沫擦洗”的工藝流程,成功申請國家發(fā)明專利,取得授權(quán)。該項目整體獲2013年度陜西省科學技術(shù)一等獎。 4、(在大球磨旁邊):這就是Φ5.5×8.5m的溢流型球磨機,它處理礦量大,每小時給礦量500噸左右,相當于老線5臺球磨同時開啟的處理量;自動化程度高,給礦、排礦和補加水實現(xiàn)了連鎖控制一鍵開啟。經(jīng)過大球磨磨過后,通過兩組350渣漿泵給入旋流器,合格產(chǎn)品進入粗選浮選柱,不合格產(chǎn)品再進入球磨,構(gòu)成閉路循環(huán)。旋流器溢流細度在-0.074mm占60%。 5、(在粗選浮選柱邊):這就是我們的兩臺粗選浮選柱,經(jīng)球磨機磨過的合格產(chǎn)物在這里進行分選,通過浮選柱中間的小氣泡上浮將鉬礦浮選出來,而其他雜質(zhì)從柱子下面排出。然后再輸送到下面的三級浮選機進行掃選。在粗選段使用浮選柱+浮選機進行分選,我們廠尚屬首例。 6、(到精選浮選柱邊):這是我們的精選浮選柱,經(jīng)過粗選浮選柱選出的鉬礦在這里通過五次精選,最終獲得品位為57%的高品位鉬精礦。 7、(到精掃選浮選機邊):這是我們的精掃選工藝,和粗掃選的作用是一樣的,都是為了最大限度地回收鉬金屬。各位領(lǐng)導,剛才看到的就是鉬精礦的分選過程,也是我們選礦廠的主要作業(yè)流程。 8、(到新線成品車間):剛才我們看到的經(jīng)過五級浮選柱得到的最終鉬精礦漿自流進入咱們前面的這個大圓柱形濃密機濃縮,濃度大約為40%左右的鉬精礦經(jīng)攪拌后經(jīng)泵揚送至一臺真空壓濾機進行壓濾,濾餅水分10%左右。 9、(到成品車間壓濾機邊):這是我們廠的盤式真空壓濾機,鉬精礦經(jīng)過它壓濾最終得到水分合格的精礦產(chǎn)品,壓好的濾餅經(jīng)混礦后、噸裝袋打包外運。壓濾機的使用代替了傳統(tǒng)的鉬精礦“過濾、干燥”工藝流程,既減少了流程,也避免了微細粒鉬精礦飛揚導致的環(huán)境污染和金屬流失,具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。 10、(經(jīng)過xx廠的選銅、選鐵車間到老磨浮車間):現(xiàn)在我們已經(jīng)看完了一整套先進的鉬精礦生產(chǎn)工藝流程,接下來,我們將看到的是老生產(chǎn)工藝流程,俗稱老線,也就是磨浮車間。在公司堅定不移地發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路下,我們積極探索,并成功研制投入運營了鉬粗選尾礦選硫、選硫尾礦選鐵、鉬精選尾礦選銅的工藝流程,可以生產(chǎn)鉬精礦、硫精礦、銅精礦、鐵精礦等四種精礦產(chǎn)品,實現(xiàn)了礦產(chǎn)資源的綜合回收,取得了可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。目前,除選鉬、選硫工藝外的選銅、選鐵工藝由華光公司管理運營。我們左手邊看到的這就是華光選銅廠。這邊是我們老生產(chǎn)線的成品車間,工藝流程和新線成品車間一樣。 |

1. This is a high-pressure roller mill purchased from Köppern, Germany. The diameter of each press roller is 1.5 m. To raise the beneficiation efficiency as well as reduce the cost, our factory has designed and adopted a new crushing process flow, i.e., three-stage crushing with a single closed circuit plus ultrafine crushing, by which the particle size of the crushed product decreases from P80 = 15mm previously to below 7.5 mm. The total energy consumption is effectively reduced accordingly. I'll briefly introduce the working principle of the high-pressure roller mill to you. Basically, the minerals are fed in between the two press rollers rotating oppositely, and thus crushed by the huge lateral compressive force induced by the press rollers. 2. Next we'll have a look of the XXX workshop. This production line is the same as the high-pressure roller mill, which was put into operation in 2011. The daily throughput is around 10,000 tons. The whole production line effectively realizes large-scale and green production. We can see that the major equipments include a Φ5.5×8.5m ball mill, a Φ710 hydrocyclone, flotation columns of different types and a column flotation machine with a volume of 100 cubic meter. 實際上,如果是口頭介紹,更簡單,比如說最后就說 a 100 cubic meter column flotation machine就可以了。其它的,也是這樣,你自己組織,這里只是給個大概。還有,很多中國特色的空話大話,實在沒有必要說。說了人家不能理解,反而會覺得奇怪。 3. This is an automatic control room of the XXX workshop. Here we can see the running situation of all equipments in the XXX workshop. The centralized control of all equipments, a natural output of structure adjustment and technology promotion of our factory, can largely raise the working efficiency as well as reduce the labor cost. The whole process flow includes an ultrafine crushing process, a re-milling combined process and a foam scrubbing process. Our achievements include authorized national patents and the 2013 First Class Science and Technology Prize of Shaanxi Province. |

4. This is a Φ5.5×8.5m overflow type ball mill, whose processing capacity is up to 500 tons per hour. Besides, it has a high automaticity with all operations (mineral feeding, mineral ejection and water supplement) under interlock control. After being milled by the large ball mill, the minerals are fed into the cyclone by two groups of 350 slurry pumps. The qualified products are fed into the roughing flotation columns, while the unqualified ones are sent back for ball milling, which constitute a closed circuit. More than 60% of the overflow fineness of the cyclone is -0.074mm. 5. Here are the two roughing flotation columns. The qualified products from the ball mill are separated here, and the molybdenum ores are picked up by floatation using the small bubbles between the flotation columns. The impurities are discharged from below the columns, and subjected to scavenging by the following three-stage flotation machines. Note that this is the first case in our factory by using a combination of flotation columns and machines in the roughing flotation section. 6. These are our concentrating floatation columns, and the molybdenum ores after roughing are concentrated 5 times here to yield 57% high-grade molybdenum concentrates. 7. Next we'll see the concentrate scavenging process, which, like the rough scavenging process, is aimed at recycling metal molybdenum considerably. |

8. The molybdenum concentrates slurry just produced is introduced into this large, cylindrical thickener by gravity flow for thickening, and the thickened molybdenum concentrates slurry with a concentration of around 40%, after being stirred, is sent to a vacuum press filter by pumping. The water content of the filtered cakes is around 10%. 9. This is a disc type vacuum filter press, where the final molybdenum concentrates with a qualified water content are obtained. The filter cakes are then blended and packed for transportation. The new press filtration process flow, as a substitute for the traditional filtration and drying process flow, is simple and environmentally friendly, translating into excellent economic and social benefits. |
