摘 要：本論文研究了高強(qiáng)鋁鎂澆注料的原料組成中硅微粉和鋁凝膠粉所占比例不同時(shí)對(duì)鎳鐵包用耐火澆注料的影響，實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程測(cè)量每批樣品的顯氣孔率、體積密度、冷態(tài)耐壓強(qiáng)度、高溫抗折強(qiáng)度以及其線變化率等物理性能。研究表明，在一定量范圍內(nèi)，高強(qiáng)鋁鎂澆注料可降低澆注料的施工需水量，延長(zhǎng)澆注料的可施工時(shí)間，降低澆注體的顯氣孔率，增大澆注體的強(qiáng)度，當(dāng)高強(qiáng)鋁鎂澆注料中硅微粉占原料組成比例為4%，鋁凝膠粉所占比例為6%時(shí)，耐火澆注料的綜合性能最佳。 關(guān)鍵詞：鎳鐵，鋁鎂，耐火澆注料 |

Such physical properties as apparent porosity, bulk density, cold crushing strength, high temperature flexural strength and linear change of the samples in each batch were measured. The results showed that the high-strength alumina-magnesia castable could reduce the construction water demand, prolong the pot life, reduce the apparent porosity, and raise the strength within a certain scope.
