c軸施加一個(gè)額外應(yīng)力來(lái)補(bǔ)償體積估計(jì)過(guò)大是什么意思? 已有1人參與

Geometric relaxations are done by keeping the in-plane lattice parameter ‘a(chǎn)’ fixed and relaxing the out-of-plane lattice parameter ‘c’. An external stress has been applied along the c axis in order to compensate for the overestimation of cell volume. 固定a,弛豫c軸,在c軸加一個(gè)額外應(yīng)力來(lái)補(bǔ)償體積估計(jì)過(guò)大是什么意思?這個(gè)應(yīng)力多大?是保持體積與實(shí)驗(yàn)值相同嗎? 還有另一篇文章中:Before we proceed we note that calculations with GGA+U overestimate lattice constant a by ~1%。Therefore , we introduce a shift of the zero for sigma33, the out-of-plane component of the stress, so that sigma33 =0 for the cubic structure at the experimental lattice constant. Thus, the correct cubic structure is obtained at misfit strain =[a(exp)-a]/a(exp)=0 . 這個(gè)也是在c軸施加應(yīng)力,使得應(yīng)力為0時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)于實(shí)驗(yàn)晶格常數(shù),但是這個(gè)應(yīng)力是多少?為什么要在c軸加?在計(jì)算其受其它應(yīng)力時(shí),是不是c軸一直加應(yīng)力? |

感謝侯老師的回帖! 第一篇文章Reversible control of magnetic interactions by electric field in a single-phase material Nature Communications 4, Article number: 1334 doi:10.1038/ncomms2329 Published 08 January 2013 第二篇文章Magnetic and Electric Phase Control in Epitaxial EuTiO3 from First Principles Phys. Rev. Lett. 97, 267602 – Published 29 December 2006 因?yàn)檫@兩篇文章都是對(duì)ETO施加a、b雙軸應(yīng)力,肯定都是固定a、b弛豫c軸,我在想是不是文章首先計(jì)算了在不受應(yīng)力情況下固定a、b弛豫c軸,這時(shí)c軸比實(shí)驗(yàn)值大,然后在c軸加一個(gè)應(yīng)力使得其變成實(shí)驗(yàn)值并計(jì)算出這個(gè)應(yīng)力值。然后計(jì)算受雙軸應(yīng)力時(shí),也會(huì)弛豫出一個(gè)c軸的值,這時(shí)也在此值上再加一個(gè)相同的應(yīng)力。不知道這樣理解對(duì)不對(duì)?還是說(shuō)文章直接就采用實(shí)驗(yàn)值,在加應(yīng)力的時(shí)候保持體積不變? |
