求助Journal of Luminescence雜志投稿及技術(shù)檢查

一篇文章第一次投Journal of Luminescence，幾天就給拒回來了，說是技術(shù)檢查之類的不過關(guān)，稿件的狀態(tài)是拒稿。。老師不甘心，修改了格式，參考文獻(xiàn)之類的重新投，又是同樣的情況，第三次老師按照一篇發(fā)表的樣本修改了格式，還是一樣，回信一個(gè)單詞都不查。。求幫助啊。。這是為什么�。磕膫�(gè)地方?jīng)]弄明白呢？稿已經(jīng)拒了3次了。。。原因沒找到。。請求各位大神幫幫忙。。。。 附信： Thank you for submitting the above manuscript for publication in this Journal.
