摘要：以殼聚糖、PHBV和冰醋酸為主原料，采用溶液共混法制備CTS和PHBV純膜以及按CTS和PHBV的質(zhì)量比為1/1、2/1和3/1的二元共混膜，通過TG、FT-IR和XRD等對(duì)各種膜系列進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明，結(jié)晶時(shí)共混膜主要受PHBV影響，但結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu)并沒有發(fā)生變化，而CTS含量的增加可以提高共混膜的熱穩(wěn)定性。與此同時(shí)還研究了各系列膜的溶脹性能和溶血性能，發(fā)現(xiàn)共混膜的溶脹度隨著PHBV含量的增加而逐漸降低，而兩者以一定的比列共混可以很好的改善溶血性能，減少對(duì)血液細(xì)胞的破壞性。 關(guān)鍵詞：殼聚糖、PHBV、共混膜、溶脹性能、血液相容性 |

The CTS/PHBV blend films at various wt ratios (1:1, 2:1 and 3:1), as well as neat CTS and PHBV films were prepared from chitosan, PHBV and glacial acetic acid by solution blending, and thoroughly characterized by TG, FT-IR and XRD. The results show that the properties of the blend films are mainly influenced by PHBV during crystallization, while the crystal structure does not change at all. Increasing the CTS content can improve the thermal stability of the blend films. Moreover, studies on the swelling and hemolytic behaviors of all films confirm that the swelling ratio decreases with the increase of the PHBV content for the blend films. At an optimum CTS/PHBV ratio, the blend film can effectively improve the hemolytic performance, and reduce the damage to the blood cells. chitosan, PHBV, blend film, swelling behavior, blood compatibility |
