水泥水化程度指在一定時間內水泥水化量與水泥完全水化量之比。對于純水泥體系中水泥水化程度的研究,國內外學者已做了大量的工作,并形成了一系列較為成熟的理論和方法,如:水化熱法,化學結合水法,CH定量測試法,水化動力學法等。對于摻加粉煤灰、爐渣、石灰石、高鈦渣等混合材的水泥基膠凝材料體系,傳統(tǒng)的方法對水泥的水化程度的測試存在一些偏差。本文綜述了幾種傳統(tǒng)的水泥水化程度研究方法以及嘗試了幾種新的方法(包括TG-DSC、壓汞MIP、燒失量LOI、背散射電子圖像法BEI、XRD和SEM等)。此外,通過對不同的研究方法得到的結果比較,為進一步研究復合膠凝體系的水化過程提供了理論依據(jù),并提出了水泥基材料的測試方法的局限及發(fā)展需求
The hydration degree of cement means the ratio of the hydration of cement quantity and the completely hydration of cement quantity in a certain period of time. For the study of hydration degree of pure cement system, domestic and foreign scholars have done much work, and formed a series of mature theory and method, such as: hydration heat, non-evaporable water, CH quantitative measurement, cement hydration kinetic model etc. For the cement-based materials system with fly ash, slag, limestone, high titanium slag and other admixture, there are some deviations in the traditional test method for the hydration degree of cement. This paper reviews some conventional methods of the cement hydration degree and tries some new methods including TG-DSC, mercury (MIP), ignition loss (LOI), backscattered electron imaging method (BSE), XRD and SEM etc. In addition, through the comparative study on the results of different research methods, this paper provides a theoretical basis for further study on the hydration process of composite cementitious system, and put forward the limitations and the demand of the development of test methods of cement based materials |
