Recruitment Consultant Our business is growing in both China and across Asia so we’re looking for talented Recruitment Consultants to join our team. The successful applicant will work within a great team and have plenty of opportunity to develop their career and grow within our company. We provide on the job training plus regular senior mentoring sessions with industry experts. Agriculture is China’s fastest growing industry. China’s increasing demand for quality food produced in China is growing at an unpredictable rate. Our clients are expanding and our team requires new talent to grow and develop with our business. Required Skills: At least 1 year working experience in industries such as Human Resources (Recruitment), Agribusiness, Science or Sales (must have 2+ years of experience for Sales) Ability to prepare, understand and present high quality reports Excellent analytical and communication skills (particularly via email and phone) Enjoys the challenge of working in the fast growing agricultural and livestock industry Good written and spoken English and Chinese An ability to work by yourself as well as in a team, including working directly with the Managing Director at times and external Clients Self-motivated, organized and accurate Able to manage your time and work effectively under pressure Enjoys accountability and is confident in taking responsibility for your work Effective Communicator - Friendly, polite and persuasive The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be determined to succeed and enjoys new challenges Motivity to communicate with clients and negotiate with clients and candidates Job Details: Recruitment Consultant Managing a portfolio of jobs with a range of clients. Building and maintain good relationships with employers and candidates Receive, review and understand all aspects of employer briefs Screen and shortlist candidates for employers to interview (includes background checking, interviewing & testing) Maintain our database to be up to date with all your candidate and job records Attend training, education and development programs to assist in improved performance, personal growth and advancement Work effectively with Management and other staff, including regular reporting and updates Attend Exhibitions and Industry events to source new Candidates & Clients Present a professional company image at all times |
