投了一篇論文到環(huán)境工程學(xué)報(bào),編輯給的終審意見(jiàn)是修改英文摘要,請(qǐng)各位高手幫,下面是我寫(xiě)的摘要 摘 要 采用A/O-MBR系統(tǒng),逐步提高進(jìn)水氨氮濃度富集了硝化活性污泥(NAS),在此基礎(chǔ)上,考察了COD、烯丙基硫脲(ATU)、氨氮初始濃度及氨氧化速率對(duì)NAS降解氧氟沙星(OFL)的影響。結(jié)果表明,A/O-MBR富集的NAS的氨氧化速率達(dá)到了20 mg/gSS/h以上,對(duì)OFL具有明顯降解作用;ATU存在條件下,COD對(duì)OFL的去除作用沒(méi)有影響,說(shuō)明起降解作用的主要是氨氧化菌(AOB);提高初始氨氮濃度和NAS氨氧化速率有助于OFL的降解,初始氨氮濃度由50 mg/提升至150 mg/L時(shí),OFL降解量由67.26 μg/g提高到82.11 μg/g; NAS氨氧化速率由小于2.5 mg/gSS/h提升至大于20 mg/gSS/h時(shí),OFL降解量由30.71 μg/g提高至75.16 μg /g。 關(guān)鍵詞 抗生素 OFL 硝化活性污泥 降解 Abstract The enrichment of nitrifying activated sludge (NAS) was achieved by increasing the influent ammonia concentration of A/O-MBR process. Then effect of COD, initial ammonia nitrogen concentration and ammonia oxidation rate on the degradation of OFL by NAS was investigated. The results showed that ammonia oxidation rate of the enriched NAS from A/O-MBR can reach up to 20 mg/gSS/h and the NAS has a significant degradation effect to OFL. There is no obvious effect of COD on the removal of OFL when the allylthiourea (ATU) was added, which indicate that ammonia oxidizing bacteria play a mainly role to the degradation of OFL. Increasing the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen and ammonia oxidation rate of NAS is helpful to the degradation of OFL. The amount of degradation of OFL was increased from 67.26 μg/g to 82.11μg/g with the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration increased from 50 mg/L to 150 mg/L and from 30.71 μg/g to 75.16 μg/g with ammonia oxidation rate of NAS increased from less than 2.5 mg/gSS/h to more than 20 mg/gSS/h.
